Refund Policy
Effective Date: December 1, 2026. Payment functionality is currently under development, and this policy applies to purchases made after the payment system opens following the effective date. Until payment is opened, original logo and business card files are available for free. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
These are the criteria for withdrawal of subscription and refunds for paid products sold by JX Lab (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). For digital file products such as logos and business cards, this policy takes precedence over the Terms of Service, and any matters not covered in this policy shall be governed by the Terms of Service and the "Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc."
1. Eligible Products

Logo · Business Card · Logo + Business Card Set — One-time payment digital file products (no physical delivery)

Website Creation (Consultation · Quote) — Conditions specified in the contract take precedence over these regulations.
2. Check for Free Before Payment
You can create a free preview of your logo and business card before payment. The preview includes a watermark; upon payment, you will receive the original files without the watermark. Due to the nature of digital products, this preview serves as a legally mandated "trial use" opportunity.
3. How and When to Receive

You will download the files immediately after payment is complete (Logo = SVG · PNG · Printable PDF / Business Card = Printable PDF).

The received files can be downloaded again from "My Account" for 1 year from the payment date.

For printing, simply take the received PDF to a print shop of your choice.
4. Withdrawal of Subscription (Simple Change of Mind)

Before downloading the file, you may receive a full refund within 7 days from the date of payment (order confirmation).

After downloading the file, withdrawal of subscription is restricted as the provision of digital content is deemed to have begun (Article 17, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 5 of the Electronic Commerce Act). We display this fact immediately above the payment button and obtain your consent, and we provide a free preview before payment (Article 2).

If you have downloaded only one of the logo or business card from a set product, you may receive a refund for the unreceived portion within 7 days from the date of payment (order confirmation). The portion for the unreceived component is calculated by dividing the set price by the ratio of the individual component's retail price (currently, Logo 7,500 KRW · Business Card 7,500 KRW).
5. Refund for Defects
If the received file does not open or is corrupted, or if it differs from the specifications provided (file format, resolution, print standards, etc.), we will either remake it according to your choice or provide a full refund, even if the file has already been downloaded. Please notify us within 3 months of receiving the file, or within 30 days of becoming aware of or being able to become aware of the issue.
6. Refund Method

Please provide your order number and reason via Contact or the Customer Center.

The card payment will be canceled within 3 business days of receipt. The actual timing of the cancellation depends on the credit card company's schedule.
7. Website Production (Consultation/Quote)
As this is a product produced individually according to your order, refund criteria for the deposit, balance, and work stages are separately specified in the quotation and contract, and your consent is obtained before payment.
