-
Residents of South Korea must be 14 years of age or older, and residents of other countries must be 16 years of age or older to register. Membership is only permitted if the consent of a legal representative is confirmed.
-
Members must register accurate information and must correct it immediately in "My Account" if it changes. Members shall bear the burden of any disadvantages resulting from false information.
-
Members must manage their own accounts and passwords and cannot lend or transfer them to others. If you discover that your account has been stolen, you must immediately notify the Company and follow the instructions provided.
-
The Company may refuse membership or restrict accounts afterward in the following cases: theft of another person's information, previous usage restrictions, entry of false information, or violation of relevant laws or these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 (Contents of Service)
-
The Company provides individual services categorized by tabs at the top of the website. Each service has its own screen, settings, and pricing plan, and the right to use one service does not extend to another.
-
The specific functions, usage limits, and fees of the service are displayed on each service screen and the pricing page. The product-specific conditions displayed on the screen constitute part of these Terms and Conditions; if they differ from these Terms and Conditions, the terms more favorable to the member shall apply. 3. The Company may add or modify features to improve the service. Any significant changes disadvantageous to paid members will be notified in advance in the same manner as described in Article 2, Paragraph 2.
-
Some services provide results generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). These AI results are for reference only, and the Company does not guarantee their accuracy, legality, or commercial effectiveness. Members must verify the results themselves before disclosing, posting, or selling them.
Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)
-
There are four types of paid products: Subscriptions, Passes, Digital File Products, and Custom Production. The price, duration, usage limits, automatic renewal status, delivery method, and conditions for withdrawal of subscription and refunds for each product will be clearly displayed on the pre-payment screen (including the fee guide).
-
Prices will be displayed in the language and currency selected by the member; however, the actual billing currency and exchange rate fees may vary depending on the payment method and the payment processing agency's policy. Whether taxes (such as Value Added Tax) are included will be displayed on the payment screen. 3. Payments are processed through a payment agency. We do not directly store payment method information, such as card numbers; we only retain information necessary for transaction verification, such as order numbers, payment method types, amounts, and approval timestamps.
-
If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or their legal representative may cancel the payment.
-
Upon completion of payment, usage rights are granted immediately, and payment history can be checked in "My Account".
Article 6 (Automatic Renewal and Cancellation of Subscription)
-
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle under the same conditions and are automatically billed to the registered payment method. The fact of automatic renewal, the cycle, and the amount are notified on the first payment screen, and the member's consent is obtained.
-
Members may cancel their subscription at any time in "My Account". Upon cancellation, automatic renewal stops, and the member may continue to use the service until the end of the period already paid for. Partial refunds for the remaining period will only be provided in cases corresponding to the reasons for withdrawal of subscription or refund due to defects specified in Article 7.
-
When increasing the recurring payment amount, changing usage conditions to be unfavorable, or converting a free trial to a paid recurring payment, we will notify the member of the changes and cancellation method via email within 30 days prior to the billing date when the changed conditions first apply and obtain the member's consent. Members who do not consent will not be charged under the changed conditions.
-
If renewal fails due to a payment method error, we will notify the member and attempt to retry for a certain period; if it still fails, the subscription will be suspended.
Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund)
- Digital File Products: The withdrawal of subscription and refund for digital file products, such as logos and business cards, shall follow the Refund Policy posted separately. The Refund Policy is part of these Terms and Conditions, and any changes to it shall follow the procedures set forth in Article 2. The gist is as follows:
-
A full refund is available within 7 days from the date of payment (order confirmation) prior to the download of the file.
-
Once a file has been downloaded, the provision of digital content is deemed to have commenced; therefore, the right to withdraw the subscription is restricted pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 5 of the "Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc." (hereinafter referred to as the "Electronic Commerce Act"). We will display this fact before payment, provide a free preview (trial use), and obtain the member's consent.
-
For set products consisting of multiple files, undownloaded files may be refunded within the aforementioned period using the method specified in the refund policy (proportion of the full price).
-
The download status and date are verified through our system records, and we will provide these records upon the member's request.
- Subscriptions/Passes:
-
A full refund will be provided if the payment date is within 7 days and paid features have never been used.
-
In other cases, the member may cancel at any time, and we will calculate the refund based on the actual payment amount, calculating it based on the remaining days for subscriptions and the remaining uses for passes (no penalty).
-
We will display this refund method before payment and obtain the member's consent. This clause does not apply to digital file products or custom-made products.
- Custom Orders: Before payment, the Company will specify the work stages, amounts per stage, commencement time, and the refund criteria below in the quotation or contract, and obtain the Member's consent.
-
If the Member cancels before work commences, the full amount received will be refunded.
-
After work has commenced, the refund will be the remaining amount after deducting the cost of the work stages already started (including stages in progress). Since the started stages are deemed to represent the commencement of the provision of services, withdrawal of subscription is restricted in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 5 of the Electronic Commerce Act.
-
Even after the withdrawal period has expired, the Member may terminate the contract at any time before the work is completed, and the refund amount will be calculated in the same manner as described above.
- Defect Refund: If the supplied goods or services differ from the content displayed or advertised, or if the contract is performed differently from the terms, the Member may withdraw the subscription within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date the Member became aware of or could have become aware of such fact. In this case, the restrictions under Paragraphs 1 through 3 do not apply.
** 5. You may request a withdrawal of subscription or a refund via «My Account › Order History» or by emailing the Customer Center. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and the refund process, including payment cancellation, will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the request. The actual timing of the reflection will follow the schedule of the credit card company or payment processing agency.
-
Even if the Company suspends usage or terminates the contract due to a Member's violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Company will refund the remainder after deducting the damages incurred by the Company due to such violation from the amount corresponding to the remaining period or number of uses.
-
For overseas Members, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence shall take precedence over this Article to the extent that they are more favorable.
-
Notwithstanding Article 4, Paragraph 2, if there is a discrepancy or ambiguity regarding the withdrawal of subscription and refunds between this Article, the refund regulations, and the contents of the product/payment screen, the provision more favorable to the Member shall apply.
Article 8 (Free Tiers and Promotions)
-
The Company may provide free tiers or free trials for each service, and the scope, duration, and limits thereof will be displayed on the service screen. The Free Tier may be changed or terminated after prior notice, depending on the company's circumstances.
-
If a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, the timing and amount of the conversion will be notified and consent obtained prior to the start of the trial.
-
Coupons and discounts are valid only under the specified conditions and periods and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Article 9 (Member Obligations and Restrictions on Use)

-
Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, the rights to the custom-made deliverables transfer to the Member upon full payment. However, the Company does not transfer the templates, code, or tools originally held by the Company, and permits their use without time limit to the extent necessary for the Member to use the deliverables.
