Terms of Use
Thank you for using the website operated by JAY X LAB (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and each service within it (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the Member, as well as the conditions for the purchase and refund of paid services (subscriptions and usage rights).
Effective Date: September 8, 2026 · Version: v2.0
Article 1 (Definitions)

-
"Member" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and creates an account. While a single Member account allows you to log in to all services, usage rights for each service are granted separately.
-
"Subscription" refers to a paid product for which fees are automatically deducted at a fixed interval (monthly, yearly, etc.) and which allows the use of specific services during that period.
-
"Pass" refers to a paid product (without automatic renewal) that allows the use of a specific service for a set period or number of uses.
-
"Free Tier" refers to the right to try out the service without charge within the scope defined by the Company.
-
"Payment Agency" refers to a business operator (such as Port One, Toss Payments, etc.) that processes payments on behalf of the Company.
-
"Content" refers to all text, images, settings, etc., that a member inputs into the service or creates through the service.
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
-
These Terms and Conditions become effective upon obtaining consent during the membership registration process and are always posted at the bottom of the website.
-
The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws and regulations. Amended Terms and Conditions will be announced on the website starting 7 days prior to the effective date, while changes that are disadvantageous to the member or are significant will be announced 30 days prior to the effective date and also notified via the email address registered at sign-up. 3. If a member continues to use the service without expressing their refusal by the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes. Members who do not agree may withdraw, and if there are any paid services already purchased, a refund will be provided for the remaining period in accordance with Article 7.
Article 3 (Membership Registration and Account)
-
Membership registration is completed by entering your name, nickname, contact number, email address, and country of residence, agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and the collection and use of personal information, and completing email verification. When registering via a social account such as Google, Apple, or Kakao, the account is created using the information provided by the social provider; any missing information or consents must be filled in via "My Account" after the first login.
-
Residents of South Korea must be 14 years of age or older, and residents of other countries must be 16 years of age or older to register. Those under this age may register only if the consent of a legal representative is confirmed.

Members must register accurate information and must correct it immediately via "My Account" if it changes. Members shall bear any disadvantages resulting from false information. 4. Members must manage their own accounts and passwords; they may not lend or transfer them to others. If you discover that your account has been stolen, you must notify us immediately and follow our instructions.
-
We may refuse registration or restrict accounts after the fact in the following cases: theft of another person's information, previous restrictions on use, entry of false information, or violation of relevant laws or these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 (Contents of Service)
-
We provide individual services categorized by tabs at the top of the website. Each service has its own screen, settings, and pricing plan, and the right to use one service does not extend to another.
-
Specific features, usage limits, and fees for each service are displayed on the service screen and pricing page, and the displayed information takes precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
-
We may add or change features to improve the service. Significant changes that are disadvantageous to paid members will be notified in advance in the same manner as described in Article 2, Paragraph 2.
-
Some services provide results generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI results are for reference only, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, legality, or commercial effectiveness. Members must verify the results themselves before disclosing, posting, or selling them.
Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)
-
There are two types of paid products: Subscriptions and Passes. The price, duration, usage limits, and automatic renewal status for each product will be clearly displayed on the screen prior to payment.
-
Prices will be displayed in the language and currency selected by the member; however, the actual billing currency and exchange rate fees may vary depending on the payment method and the payment processing agency's policy. Whether taxes (such as Value Added Tax) are included will be displayed on the payment screen.
-
Payments are processed through a payment processing agency. We do not directly store payment method information, such as card numbers, and only retain information necessary for transaction verification, such as order numbers, payment method types, amounts, and approval timestamps.
-
If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal representative, the minor themselves or their legal representative may cancel the transaction. 5. Upon completion of payment, usage rights are granted immediately, and payment history can be checked in «My Account».
Article 6 (Automatic Renewal and Cancellation of Subscription)
-
The subscription automatically renews under the same conditions at the end of the billing cycle and is automatically billed to the registered payment method. The fact of automatic renewal, the cycle, and the amount will be notified on the initial payment screen, and the member's consent will be obtained.
-
Members may cancel their subscription at any time in «My Account». Upon cancellation, automatic renewal stops, and the member may continue to use the service until the end of the period already paid for. Partial refunds for the remaining period will only be provided in cases corresponding to the grounds for withdrawal of subscription or refund due to defects as stipulated in Article 7.
-
If the price is raised or the terms of use are changed unfavorably, notice will be provided via email 30 days prior to the next renewal date, and the member may cancel before renewal.
-
If renewal fails due to a payment method error, the Company will notify the member and attempt to retry for a certain period; if it still fails, the subscription will be suspended.
Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund)
-
Withdrawal of Subscription (Simple Change of Mind): Members may withdraw their subscription and receive a full refund within 7 days from the payment date, provided they have not used the paid service.
-
In the following cases, the withdrawal of subscription may be restricted pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the "Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.," and the Company shall indicate this fact prior to payment and obtain the Member's consent.

Cases where service provision, such as digital content or automation tasks, has already begun and a portion has been used (the amount excluding the used portion will be refunded)

** 4. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and processed within 3 business days of receipt of the refund request. The actual deposit may take longer due to circumstances of the payment processing agency or credit card company.
-

For overseas members, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence shall take precedence over this Article to the extent that they are more favorable.
Article 8 (Free Tiers and Promotions)
-
The Company may offer free tiers or free trials for each service, and the scope, duration, and limits thereof will be displayed on the service screen. Free tiers may be changed or terminated after prior notice depending on the Company's circumstances.
